Judge Alice Padgett, Columbia County Probate Judge. Judge Padgett was re-elected to the bench in 2016. Prior to her election, Judge Padgett was a sole practitioner in her own private practice where she specialized in family law, domestic relations, adoptions and real estate matters. Judge Padgett earned a bachelor’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and her JD from Georgia State University. Judge Padgett will relay best practices for navigating the Columbia County Probate process.
